Ok, this is a bit better than Alakazam, but still lacks in attack. Blastoise has 100 HP a weakness but no resistance and a retreat cost of 3. This is also a bit harder to get to since its a stage 2. On to its attack; Blastoise can do 40 damage plus 10 damage for each water energy attached to Blastoise. His PokePower is, you caan attach 1 water energy to one of your water type Pokemon, this doesn't even use up your one energy that you can attach each turn! Great save Blastoise!
